A Marbella-based fitness studio is experiencing remarkable growth, with plans to open a second location only six months after launching, as it capitalises on the city’s thriving business landscape.
Yours was founded in Marbella in 2024, shortly after Forbes magazine recognised the area as the top European destination of the year.
The city continues to attract visitors from across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, thanks to its reputation as a world-class destination. With an increasing number of direct flights connecting the US to nearby Malaga, accessibility has significantly improved. According to Spanish Property Insight, Marbella’s property market saw a 10% increase in the first half of 2024, exceeding the ten-year average by 19%.
To establish its presence, Yours assembled a team of elite trainers and hosted a series of fitness events before officially opening its first studio in Summer 2024 at Marbella Arena. The arena has since drawn further business interest, with more companies recognising its potential as a developing hub.
With a focus on luxury fitness experiences, the studio features state-of-the-art facilities and has continued to expand its offering. Currently, it provides its signature Y50 Strength and Endurance class, Reformer Pilates and Yoga sessions for the Marbella community. In early Spring 2025, Yours will further enhance its services with the introduction of an infrared heated studio.

The brand’s expansion has been fuelled by key partnerships, including collaborations with major hotel chains to host fitness classes in stunning outdoor settings. Additionally, Yours has worked with community leaders to organise large-scale fitness events, such as the Yours Run Club with Homies Marbella, which recently saw 250 participants take part.
Yours has also established itself within the lifestyle industry, becoming an official distributor of Lululemon activewear. The studio is frequently hired by renowned brands for marketing campaigns and photoshoots, further reinforcing its impact in the wellness sector.
Looking to the future, Yours will launch a second Marbella studio in early Spring 2025, featuring an infrared-powered space for low-impact heated workouts—offering a unique approach to sculpting, detoxification, and recovery. The company is also set to expand in London, with two new studios opening in 2025 as part of its ongoing growth plans.
