Cardinal Pole Catholic School is proud to announce that it has received the prestigious School of the Year award at the National Schools Awards 2024.
The National Schools Awards celebrate excellence within the education sector, recognising schools that make an extraordinary impact. Schools are shortlisted in one of eight categories, with the winners chosen by a panel of industry specialists, including representatives from the National Governance Association and the Confederation of School Trusts. The awards recognise schools that have excelled in improving outcomes for pupils, overcoming significant challenges, or demonstrating exceptional service to their communities.
Cardinal Pole Catholic School was praised for its outstanding educational achievements, which led to its selection as this year’s winner. Judges commended the school’s commitment to delivering excellent results for its students.
The announcement was made last night at an esteemed event held in the House of Lords. Baroness Berridge, former Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the School System, praised the awards for showcasing the “skill, commitment, and hard work it takes to deliver the best possible education.”
Adam Hall, Executive Headteacher, shared his thanks: “I would like to personally thank everyone who makes our school such a special place—from our students and their families to our dedicated staff, who work tirelessly to ensure each student has the opportunity to SOAR. This award is a testament to the collective effort of our community, and we remain focused on continuing to deliver an outstanding education for all our students.”
