Flux, a pioneering force in the UK’s innovation scene, is excited to announce its transformation into an “Innovation as a Service” model. This evolution represents a significant milestone in Flux’s journey, building upon a decade of ground-breaking initiatives since its inception in 2013.
Conceived by Engage Works, Flux started as a one-day pop-up event at the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane and has grown into a permanent fixture, meeting the insatiable demand for immersive innovation experiences. Flux quickly became a nexus for thought leaders and innovators, leading to the establishment of the Flux Innovation Lounge, a unique hybrid event space at Engage Works’ studio in Wool House, Aldgate.
Throughout its tenure at Wool House, Flux became synonymous with corporate innovation, hosting esteemed partners such as Accenture, Capita, and Mercedes Benz for collaboration workshops. The space further evolved, seamlessly transitioning into a virtual environment amidst the challenges posed by the global pandemic in 2020.
In 2023, Flux relocated to London’s Design District, expanding its capabilities to include a fully equipped hybrid broadcast facility. This state-of-the-art setup enables seamless global connectivity for immersive experiences. The latest iteration of the space comprises more than 30 innovation partners, including interactive projection, holograms, virtual reality, AI platforms, and more. These pioneering advancements cater to various sectors, including corporate and culture.
Now, Flux embarks on its next chapter in partnership with Form Worldwide, spearheading the “Innovation as a Service” offering. This ground-breaking model encapsulates Flux’s core essence – facilitating events, providing spaces, and nurturing ideas that drive creativity, collaboration, and exploration.
Flux Innovation as a Service empowers businesses to harness cutting-edge technology, immersive experiences, and creative imagination to revolutionise how we work, communicate, and engage. Whether consulting upon, delivering, or supporting innovative projects, Flux inspires organisations to tackle challenges with fresh perspectives and ingenious solutions.
“We’re excited to start this journey with Form Worldwide,” said Steve Blyth, Founder and Group CEO at Engage Works. “Flux becoming an ‘Innovation as a Service’ model shows we’re committed to pushing innovation boundaries and helping businesses succeed in a changing world.”
