Award-winning agency StrategiQ and environmental consultancy Tyler Grange have been recognised as the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work in 2024.
The accolade for StrategiQ comes as the agency celebrates a decade of success and expansion, defying industry challenges with its sustained growth and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Despite a challenging landscape where many businesses have struggled or closed their doors, StrategiQ has flourished, solidifying its presence with offices in Suffolk, Leamington Spa, London, and a newly opened branch in Manchester.

With an impressive average engagement score of 89% and a 0% flight risk from its existing team over the next nine months, the agency’s commitment to employee satisfaction and retention is evident. Feedback from the survey highlighted soaring scores in agency pride, wellbeing, transparency of information, and internal recognition, with a resounding 93% confidence score in management—19% higher than the industry average.

The firm operates a four-day week – with no loss of salary or benefits – as well as its in-house clinical psychologist, resilience consultant, mindfulness coach and mentors, with the cost of counselling sessions also covered by the company. Employees volunteer for causes close to their hearts on many of their Friday’s off.
